I design products from zero to one across MedTech, SaaS, AR/VR and digital twins. Screens come last. I start with the system around them: how the work actually flows, and what breaks when it doesn't.
I'm a Product Designer based in Singapore. I take products from zero to one in MedTech, SaaS, AR/VR and digital twins, where poor UX has real consequences. Every project starts with research. I run card sorts, tree tests and usability sessions before any high fidelity work, and every number in these case studies comes from real testing.
I think in systems. Before I open Figma I want the service blueprint: which department owns which touchpoint, and where a handoff quietly fails. At Easmed I mapped that across the whole company. At Hiverlab the map became the product itself, a digital twin of a working shipyard. I keep up with new tools too, because better tools change what a small team can ship.
Outside of work I'm a husband and a dad. I spend my free time hiking, jogging, at the gym or on a bouldering wall, and I unwind with console games.

Four shipped products across healthcare, fintech and industrial software — each one research-led and outcome-measured.
Replaced a 27-step paper intake with a single night of at-home screening, a 67% cut in intake friction. Six doctors across three countries committed before launch. Designed end to end as the sole designer.
Optimised the information architecture and UI of the BINGO Admin Console for search, filter, and sort. Reduced average task time by 68% and lifted the SUS score from 28 to 81, a failing grade to an A.
Directed the redesign of the public-facing BINGO KYC onboarding experience. Increased task completion from 45% to 98% and reduced average task time from over 5 minutes to 1 minute 12 seconds.
Zero to one design for Hiverlab's digital twin platform. The design system I built with engineering cut development effort by 30%, and the product went on to win Keppel Shipyard and DB Schenker while lifting the sales pipeline by 25%.
